Nice looking hotel inside and out. Good location. The spa is nice and massages good value. Natalia on reception is lovely, a real credit to your team. The food was nice and a great variety. Unfortunately let down by a few points - the dining hall is chaos. Poorly laid out. Often hard to find a cleared/clean table. Hard to get staffs attention for a drink in the dining hall. No irons are available for guests - we were told to use the laundry (fee). Found it unusual that the exact same drinks are served so differently for all inclusive / non all inclusive guests. For example, the exact same cocktails are served in nice glasses and with fruit decorations etc to paid guests but to all inclusive guests come in small basic glasses with no fruit etc. Another example, soft drinks are served in pint glasses with lemons for paying guests but plastic cups for all inclusive guests. It feels like all inclusive guests are penalised for some reason. Evening / bar snacks are almost non existent so fill up on dinner! Overall however - decent value for money.
