It was very quiet and clean, I loved the room but the only thing I wasn't too pleased with was the pillows they were too soft I like firm pillows but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Bedbugs, definately had the creepy crawlies. There was also a fd agent obsessed with making sure the guests said "hi" to him. Even chasing a guest down just to make sure the guest said "hi" back. Weird vibes, not my cup of tea.

The room wasn’t all that clean… the sheets had mystery stains, there was hair strands all over the floor and they have roaches.😐 Other than that the air conditioning worked fine breakfast was good staff were nice and our stay was peaceful.

"I’m taking the time to review the property because I would really like to see it improved. I travel to Sugar Land a lot and there are not many good options for hotels. This hotel has a very nice location overlooking some water with a bridge going across to a couple restaurants. The breakfast is good and the staff was nice. But after more than 15 years it really needs an update. The springs on my mattress were broken, the shower had been repaired poorly, and one day we couldn’t get into our room because the card stopped working and reception told us that the old card key machine frequently went on the blink so a new one could not be made. They were very nice and walked us up to the room immediately though. The price for the hotel is completely fair, but it just really needs an update."
