I liked the location for proximity to Hearst Castle and beautiful beaches. The front desk woman was extremely kind and accommodating. The rooms open up to a nice grassy area. The room itself was a tad dingy and didn't seem super clean. Fine for the price though.

I enjoyed that the property was close to Hearst Castle the and the sea lion cove and San Simeon parks and all the flowers were blooming and they allowed dogs and the picnic tables on the lawns and it was so quiet and you can walk to your choice of restaurants and mini marts and you can walk to the beach. I wish they had streaming ability for the TV maybe they can tell me how to get it from my phone and then it goes on the TV I don't know I forgot to ask but it was so quiet I just really enjoyed it.

I love this place. I’ve never stayed in a motel so clean, serene, and comfortable. It is a less than 7 minute walk to the beach. Plus, the beach that is closest has the most beautiful shells and there are benches that over look the ocean.The washer and dryer are great for small and big loads. It only takes quarters so be prepared. They sell laundry detergent at the front desk if you don’t have any. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. The beds are so comfortable and warm. The heater in the room warms up quickly and doesn’t smell. The indoor pool and hot tub are clean and work amazing. There is a sundeck right above the pool. It is very relaxing and you can see the ocean. They have reclining and paired seats. If you’re a smoker, they have ash cans and chairs all over the main lawn and sun deck. You can move any of the cans or chairs too so you can be comfortable wherever on the lawn! The grass is soothing to walk on and very clean for a place that allows animals. There’s a mini mart that has all you need. Sundries, grocery needs, games & outfits for the beach. The staff is also very helpful. There is a liquor store down the way with nice staff as well. It also has grocery needs for around the same price as the minimart. It’s not a far drive from other coastal access points and surrounding cities so I definitely think this place is a gold mine if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay! I highly recommend.
