Our room did NOT look as good as the one in the picture when I booked through Travelocity. The room smelled musty, linens are average, bed skirt was ripped and the TV is cable only that seems to be stuck in the 1990's. It was hard to open the two front windows and when my husband did, there was dust caked on the window sill. The fridge has no freezer section for ice packs. We won't be staying here again. Getting tired of hotels that charge a lot of money for a bait & switch photo.

Quiet, comfortable room with high ceilings, partial ocean view, and fireplace. It would be nice to have some throw blankets available in the room to enjoy outdoor views and would be nice indoors as an option as well. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room as well. We would definitely go back to this property again in warmer months.

The location was amazing, right across the street from the ocean, beach, boardwalk. Easy parking on the property. Easy check-in/check-out; reception staff super friendly. Walking distance to the restaurants in the area. The room itself was fine, bed was clean and comfortable, good shower pressure and temp, and the fireplace was cozy. The room could have been a bit cleaner, however. Found a random hair on the lotion bottle and on the desk chair when I first arrived. Desk chair and armchair cushions were a bit stained. The vanity light in the bathroom was not working properly either and made a noise every few seconds, even with the light switch off. I ended up just closing the bathroom door to block out the weird noise. Overall, I was content with the room and had booked it for one night only. If it was a longer stay, however, I'm not sure; it may have been less than ideal for me.

Really enjoyed our room except the bed was a little soft. Good ocean view and clean and comfortable. No restaurant on site which we knew at booking and sister hotel offered breakfast delivery which we didn’t use. Quiet location.

Ocean view room with dirty windows. One of the windows had a gap between the top and bottom and the breeze just continuously came in the room. Shades were ragged and uneven. Room was so cold on arrival that all night with the fireplace on barely warmed it up. Only two coffee cups with no other glasses in the room at all.

The area is perfect. The floors in the place are dirty. The windows are hard to see out at the ocean because they are dirty. One window don’t shut all the way so it’s great for critters to get inside.

I was given a room and then the office called and said that the room I was in was getting new carpet in the morning so I needed to move. I left my water bottle in the first room so I went to get it and as it turned out there was another couple in the room. They lied to make me move so they could give the room to someone else. Then after checkout I didn’t get my $50 deposit back with no explanation. It was not a good stay.

My room was very cold. There was a fireplace but that was the only heat in the room. I did not want to sleep all night with it on. No thermostat or heating system. I told the front desk in the morning I was very cold and they said they have space heaters on request.
