"It was a good stay. However, the bar didn’t open until 4 PM on Saturday and the service was a bit slow. We needed linens for the pull out bed and was delivered the wrong items. We had to call down to the front desk an embarrassing amount of times. We never want to be annoying but the items simply weren’t coming. We had to stay up for an hour and half awaiting sheets since the pull out mattress didn’t have linens. "

I told them I’d wait. An older Indian gentlemen’s came over and told me they don’t have anymore rooms with a pool view or rooms with 2 beds. Confused I told him I felt I should get what I paid for. Silence. The. He told me he had “upgraded” me. “For the kids though. If it was for you I would give you ZERO.” As he makes an O with his hand. I thanked him. Our room was not an upgrade and looked at a tree and the die of the building. My 9 yo made a comment that “that man was really mean. Why did he call you a loser?” Interrupte"
