The location was convenient and the actual room was clean, but the building itself seemed dirty, there appeared to be mold on the walls (not in my room but in the stairwell), lots of trash and dust along the stairs, and my room did not have hot water. I needed a last minute room and was very happy with the location and price, but wouldn't necessarily choose to stay there again.

The apartment is very well located. The rooms and kitchenette are in very good condition, as are the linens and towels. The floor, however, wasn't very clean. The bathroom ceiling needs painting. Finally, the guest service was entirely online and very efficient. Checkout is at 10:00 AM, but I suggest changing it to at least 11:00 AM.

While the room was adequate, the 4pm check in is really inconvenient and late considering check out is 10am. You also can’t flush toilet paper which is pretty gross. The location is great though.

Our suite was clean, modern and well appointed. Good value for the price, Staff was very responsive to all messages. Would have no hesitation in staying there again. Just one suggestion to improve customer experience, however - the steps leading up to the first floor need a good cleaning - dust, dirt, minor litter everywhere.

We only stayed for a weekend but the studio was clean and came as everyone else recommended On Expedia…. Close from the airport… the beach was a 5 minute walk away… plenty of restaurants in the area and a supermarket right across the street! If I were to stay in this area of PR again I would stay here again no problem!

Apartment is in a good part of San Juan to get to restaurants, beaches, museums. We expected the room to look more like the picture posted on the site. It is older, could use updating. Very small space. The bed was comfortable. We did not have hot water when first arrived, but this was addressed by staff. The communication with the management was good.

Stayed here for my bday it was great! just wish the TV was in the bedroom and that the water was hotter it was like warm but other than that it was clean, bed sheets etc clean. I loved the hamper and the extra table and chair by the entrance.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, a 24-hour grocery store, and nearby restaurants. It’s also great for traveling with a baby, as they have a large fridge, laundry facilities, and a dryer. The only downside was the mosquitoes.

This property was overall fine. The cleaning staff were nice but the hotel experience wasn’t great honestly. No water pressure in the shower it couldn’t even rinse sand off me, the hand sink had more. Smoke detector doesn’t work and isn’t on. Only one tiny small garbage that overfills because wits never changed. We weren’t left check out instructions so I hope I checked out correctly. The door to the building is supposed to lock but it often isn’t closed and is just open for anyone to come in. You have to push it shut. Bottom of bed all ripped up, no plates, no silverware or anything if you want to eat there. Had to go find people for new towels. Were bugs that kept getting in somehow and I got but up in my sleep a bit. Lighting isn’t awesome and the room is generally small. So overall not the best but it managed while we were there for three days. As a heads up if you stay there the intersection next to it’s lights don’t work and there is nothing telling which car to go or for pedestrians so be careful. Also many dips in the sidewalks random giant holes you will break your ankle in.
