I booked this property through Expedia. I realize I didn’t pick the fanciest place and I was okay with that. BUT. First off, the place is so dirty. Roaches, red liquid on toilet, stained sheets, cigarette burns in furniture?? Second, I chose this over the motel 6 due to the advertised breakfast which I was informed never was a thing when I got to the property. The super 8 is actually part of the motel 6 with none of the amenities that typically come with a super 8. All of the items in the room said park Inn. I actually left the property early due to the misrepresentation on the listing and the overall cleanliness. Absolutely atrocious property. Avoid at all costs.

It was foul disgusting. The beds were terrible. There’s mildew there was garbage. There was disgusting air conditioning. They screwed me over the first night with no hot water was supposed to give me a discount and then didn’t and then argued and started hollering at me about changing my room unbelievable worst day of my life. I couldn’t stop sneezing and coughing. It was disgusting. I’m still pissed. Staff member had me waiting for hours to get a change of room and then gives me a mildew room and then sit and yells at me about offering me one last room. That’s all she has. That’s all I’m gonna get it was unbelievable. I can’t believe I was treated so horribly. It’s my first time using Expedia. Apparently there’s two hotels hotel six and a super eight that are on the same property and it looks like they’re in foreclosure. Maybe they’re not paying people or something, but it was toxic and vile and disgusting. I’m definitely sharing the experience. Total ripoff and I would never have left had I known that I was being lied to about the room change. It didn’t happen in the morning. It happened in the late afternoon and had me waiting around and waiting and waiting and waiting and then in the office waiting and waiting and waiting it was unbelievable only to get hollered at by the clerk like it was my fault I needed a room unbelievable

The site is shared with Motel 6. There are no signs for either company visible from the street. There is a big sign that is painted over. If you drive to the back of the property, you can finally see a sign that it is in fact Super 8. You have to go back up to the Motel 6 office in the front to check in. I will never stay here again when I visit San Jose.

This is the worst motel I have stayed in. I have been staying at sub $100 hotels for the last couple months and this one was by far the worst. Flat pillows, uncomfortable bed, no water pressure, a depressing tiny room complete with cigarette or pipe burn on the furniture. The worst was the overwhelming smell of whatever cheap cleaning solution they use. I woke up with a screaming headache. I’m not a picky guy, but this place is trash.
