A fantastic family-friendly hotel right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—always greeting us with a smile and even offering discounts to local businesses. Our grandson especially loved the nightly milk and Oreo cookies in the lobby, which added such a sweet touch to our stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Our view was spectacular. The pool was a big hit for all of us, and the hotel’s relaxed vibe made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We’ll definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends!

This is hands-down, the best hotel in San Francisco. I travel to the city frequently and have tried several hotels, but this one takes the cake. It’s quiet, the staff is incredibly friendly, it’s clean and safe. I won’t stay anywhere else!
