A solo unos pasos de la arena, esta propiedad se ha actualizado recientemente para brindarle la sensación de lujo. Aproveche nuestras tablas de surf y el equipo de playa para el día y venga a casa a la parrilla en su porche privado o camine hasta los restaurantes en Pacific Beach. Esta unidad está diseñada para dormir cómodamente 4 en camas. Cuenta con un comedor separado y una cocina completa, por lo que siempre tiene la opción de comer o experimentar la gran variedad de restaurantes y bares de PB.

Toda la propiedad es suya y la cubierta y los servicios listados son únicamente para su uso.

Somos una empresa de gestión de servicios completos y siempre estamos a solo una llamada y podemos estar en el lugar para cualquier necesidad en menos de 30 minutos. Nuestras unidades son autoservicio por diseño de lo contrario.

Ofrecemos un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto único. Se accede desde el callejón y, como tal, puede ser un ajuste apretado (como en el 90% de los espacios de estacionamiento en la playa). Recomendamos un automóvil pequeño para facilitar el estacionamiento (ya que proporcionamos todo lo que necesita, desde bicicletas hasta equipo de playa, ¡solo necesita empacar ropa!). También recomendamos retroceder en el lugar ya que hace que sea más fácil entrar y salir. Hay estacionamiento gratuito en la calle, pero debido al alto volumen de personas que van a la playa, no cuente con estacionamiento cercano. También asegúrese de leer las señales de estacionamiento!

Thin walls and ceilings

The furniture in the picture does not match the actual furniture at the VRBO the walls and ceilings are paper thin. The people above us were up making noise at all hours of the night. Especially between 2:00 AM and 4:00Am. The garage is on for a small vehicle at best. You can see scuff marks all over the wall where people have tried to park. The location is very good and the property was clean.

San Diego Stay

Property was clean & in a good location. Bottom floor very noisy. Furniture is NOT as was shown in listing. No sectional, The couch was a tiny short futon style couch that was not comfortable for my 6'3" husband and a butterfly folding chair. We knew it would be raining when we booked and planned on being indoors more, so we would have pick a different vrbo if we knew what the furniture was really like.

Great relaxing time

Nice cozy place just a few steps from the beach. I would rate this place a 4.8. The only reason not a 5 is because of the lack of hot water from the bathroom sink. Nice and clean!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I had the most wonderful time at this little beach front property celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. The house is located just steps away from beautiful Mission Beach, delicious restaurants, fantastic retail shops & lively nightlife. The house had a variety of beach equipment to use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) which was very convenient being that we flew in from out of town. We would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend.

Nice stay

The location and the response from the host was great! I would agree to others reviews that it didn’t look as modern and things were missing (ottoman, rug, gray couch). It didn’t bother us so much but might if you’re a stickler to these kind of things. It was pretty noisy on occasion but what can you expect being on the bottom floor. But overall it was good.

Awesome location!!

The place was nice, clean, and extremely close to the beach. Dining or groceries are a short walk. There are beach chairs, boards, spare blankets, and fans in the closet. The only issue we had was that the two different groups staying above us were loud. You can hear every step, phone ring, and door shut. First night sounded like the person had a wooden leg. We didn’t stay in the room much, but if you are a light sleeper, book one of the upstairs rooms.

Great location

We had a great stay at Ben’s beach bungalow. The location is great and an amazing value. The property was just as described- maybe even bigger then we anticipated. The check in process was very easy and great communication with the host. The parking is as described and best for smaller cars- we didn’t want to risk our van so we found street parking fairly easily.

Perfect Beach Hideout

We loved that it was a short walk to both the ocean and the bay, and that everything we needed - towels, chairs, umbrella, even toys - were provided in the unit. Nicely appointed kitchen, lots of light; we adored it and we can't wait to book again!

Great Location and Convenience, but Some Drawbacks

Overall, we had a very positive experience staying here. The location was absolutely fantastic, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of attractions and the beach within walking distance. It was also easily accessible, making it a breeze to get around the city. We had no trouble finding the property, and it was convenient for Uber pickups and drop-offs. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the overall cleanliness of the property. It was clear that the place had been well-maintained in terms of hygiene, which made for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped, stocked with all the utensils and appliances one could need. This allowed us to prepare our own meals, which I highly recommend as a way to save money during your stay. (There is a grocery store super close) However, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. The photos on the listing were not entirely accurate. While the property was clean, it didn't quite match the polished, modern look depicted in the pictures. There was a handful of scuff marks on the walls and the sofa showed signs of wear, which was a bit disappointing given the expectations set by the photos. Additionally, we encountered a sugar ant problem in the kitchen upon arrival. While this was only a minor inconvenience, it was still an unwelcome surprise. For now, it's a fine choice if you're looking for a convenient and practical place to stay, but be prepared for a few imperfections.
