"Upon check in, front desk lady was pleasant and helpful. She told me about breakfast time but we would be checking out earlier so she recommended the grab bags. As we were checking out, I asked the young man at the front dedk for 5 grab bags, he said with a rude tone breakfast is over there and gestured with his head. I told him we needed to get on the road and said the lady night before told me to ask here at the desk. He said, " I wish I knew that ahead of time" sounding rude. It took him maybe 3 minutes to get the bags but I could tell he looked "put out". We had 2 connecting rooms. One room the foor didnt lock and my room the sink sprayed water onto the floor. "

"The cottage was clean, quiet, and overall great! We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. "

"Old Mill Eatery nearby is great for most meals. The Pizza place on Shasta Dam Ave. is also good. Options are very limited for dining in town, but you can find most anything."
