Booked from travelocity's websie like a month in advance but when trying to chek in, we were told since we booked from 3rd party, they do not have rooms for me and my family so we were turned out. how can travelocity add hotels and charge customers for room in advance and not be able to guarantee the booking went through and provide inconvenience. If there was issue, travelocity should have infirmed in advance itself and not suffer .

Our family was there for a celebration of life for a family member. We wanted to meet as a family after the service and the staff made sure we had a place to gather. The staff was incredible. The rooms were great and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The people at the front desk was amazing. Staff was amazing but the room itself our TV would only stay on for five minutes and shut itself off. There was water around the living room, air conditioner, and the creamer provided in the room was expired
