Paid for a weekend suite through an app on my phone. Once I arrived I was immediately turned away for being a "local". Not the first time I've seen something like this but was definitely the first time I was treated with disdain and hostility. The little boy at the front desk needs to realize that some people don't take kindly to having their anniversary weekend ruined for some stupid policy, and that maybe a little understanding of the situation would have gone a long way. Kids these days have no idea what actual customer service is.

Very ckean rooms. Clean area and furyher back ftom freeway so no traffic noise, fely safer than alot of the hotels in tbe area right next to the freeway. Stay here
