Beautiful location but dated. Room was spacious and was upgraded but smelled musty. Phone didn’t work, hot tub permanently closed, bed too soft, but lovely sheets! Mini fridge was not cold to keep Medication cooled. Still decent for the price.

The staff was great and my room was clean and quiet. I visited the day after Labor Day so that could explain why the outdoor stairways had old dishes and garbage in them.

first room assigned to us was dirty...food wrappers and trash scattered about. The alarm clock was covered with a sticky substance and didn't work. The coffee pot didn't work either. Most troubling was the lack of telephone service in the room. There was a phone, but no dial tone, so we couldn't call the front desk for assistance. Had to walk the length of the building to talk to the desk clerk, who stated his apology, and informed us that the new owners weren't investing any dollars to fix broken equipment. He said there were two unoccupied rooms and would see if one had everything working. This room was marginally better..at least the phone worked if we needed it. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud, so it was difficult to get to sleep. Missing plumbing fixtures were tolerable, but we chose not to shower thinking that if the floor was sticky underfoot what could we expect from the shower itself? Water stains on the ceiling, holes in the sheet rock walls,sliding door interior handle was broken...luckily the lock still worked. No, I will not be recommending this La Quinta Inn, or any other in this chain..

Stayed on the first floor disabled accessible room. There were bugs in the room and stains on the bed. The air conditioning unit was not working properly and they had limited towels when I requested a few extra. The condition of the property is pretty worn down and could use improvement in the many areas.

Maintenance opened my door and tried to enter my room while I was asleep at 10pm, luckily I had the top latch locked and my pitbull in the room with as I am a solo female traveler. I will not be staying here again.

It was dirty, smelled bad, didn’t have a room number placard. Had a plastic bag over the fire alarm. Electrical outlet plates falling off of the outlets, a tub that didn’t drain. Stains on the sheets & comfoters. Floors were dirty.

I loved that there were black-out blinds and great air conditioning. The room was big enough to visit family in there and there were 2 comfortable chairs. The toilet had a leak, but the staff was very responsive and helpful. I will use this property again!

Poor presentation

Staff was very friendly. Weird missing items and random holes. La Quinta doesn’t seem to care about presentation or having all items accounted for. The hairdryer was missing from its holder in the bathroom and strange holes in the furniture/wall, so random.

My husband and I were shocked that the hotel lobby only supplied cold water during breakfast hours. The cold water was attached to the juice machine which was on during breakfast hours. It was extremely hot the 10 days were were there with about 5 - 6 days about 108 degrees Fahrenheit /42 degrees Celsius. The outdoor patios surrounding the pool had tall/unkept grass so it looked like they did not have a landscaping company. Tiny bottles of shampoo, no conditioner in bathroom. Most of the staff were friendly but some were not helpful.
