Reservation made for handicapped room, was told after looking at room and informed front desk that it wasn't a handicapped room she said it was. Informed her that room had a bathtub not walk in shower and tub had no handrail to hold while stepping in. Then I was told there were no handicapped room available. Also, vanity sink extremely slow to drain. No small table in room to work from no phone in room.

toilet seat was broken, front desk receptionist amy mellow was very rude. no restroom access near lobby. she rudely replied its only emplyees. there was 2 other reatooms in the hallway, however ever she refuses to give access. key card get demagnetized often. i had to walk to lobby repeatedly. elevators smelled like urine and marijuana constantly.

This was the worst property I have ever stayed at. The halls smelled like marijuana the stairs smelled of urine and they didn’t have any towels for us to use. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We were looking for an inexpensive night on our way through Redding. We arrived late at night and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel campus and our room was worn but clean. Air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again if passing through Redding on a budget.

Hi.. stay was good, The coffee maker was small and the cord from the coffee maker to the wall was shorting out so the coffee maker wouldn’t stay on. Had to hold the cord, very unsafe!!! That was scary. Please put a decent coffee maker in the room. Thank you

There was a moldy smell in the bathroom. You look up and there was mold on ceiling. The shower Curtin was extremely smelly. The bathroom door had nails through it to keep the door intact and it would poke my fingers on the other side.

Friendly staff. The room was clean but a little run down in the bathroom. The ceiling is peeling. There are no fans in the bathrooms--that might help. There was a smoke alarm with its lid off in the room. I could see there were no batteries in it. Large shower gel container in shower was empty. I reported the smoke alarm and shower gel to the front desk.
