The location, the room was very nice - and staff amazing. The bed sheets were super soft and u can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.

The location was amazing! It is within steps of the Spanish Steps. The Basilica of St. Mary Major was 30 minutes walk straight line from Trinità dei Monti, a church on top of the Spanish Steps. So many restaurants within walking distance. My only issue was the round bed. It was strange and difficult to get into and out of. Also newer towels would be nice.

The property is in an excellent location. Very close to the Spanish steps. Close to the Metro. Little cafes and restaurants everywhere, and supermarket only a couple of blocks away. Just a little bit of noise on the second night, which was bin night for the whole neighbourhood, and a little bit of noise from the university students across the road, which is to be expected. Staff at the accommodation were very nice, and very helpful. They recommended a lovely restaurant nearby.

Starting from the beggining when the host Roxana contacted me in advance with a full description how to acces the room since i was arriving late. It made my arrival in Rome stress free. The room was very clean and cleaning was performed accordingly every day of my stay. Staff is very friendly and i want to thank everyone that was involved as it made our stay very comfort. The boutique hotel is lovely. The hostess, Roxana, is extremely attentive and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to many sites like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and even to the Colosseum and Ancient City!

This hotel is in the perfect location in the city center! Tons of stores to go shopping and tons of restaurants to eat at as well! Everything was in walking distance! From the pantheon, Trevi fountain, the Vatican or even the colosseum. The room me and my fiancé stood in was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was the perfect size and pillows were soft. The AC works well and everything was clean. Perfect for the both of us. Our hosts Roxanne and Mariano were both very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay again when visiting Rome!

We stayed here with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious, we had a king bed in one room and a roll out sofa bed in the other room, with 2 bathrooms. Pretty affordable for the location and hotel cleanliness/privacy. The building outside was hard to find since it looked like a simple wood building with 2 big doors and no big sign for the hotel name (besides a small name tag on the side of the door). But I think that's just how Rome hotels are with the entrance. Anyway, it wasn't a big problem, our Uber was able to find the place with the address and GPS. The location was very close to the Spanish steps plaza and church. We were able to walk everywhere for food and all the tourist sites, ie. Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. Eat at any pasta or pizza place when you are in Rome, they are all amazing and delicious. The front staff lady was friendly and explained everything to us when we checked in, it was quick and easy. The room gets a little dusty with the wood flooring but it was fine, we just asked for room service to come tidy up the room. We would definitely come back to this hotel if we were back in town.
