It was kept very clean. There was lovely free coffee and buiscuits every day. I could not get the tv to work as some nights we were exhausted with walking so wanted to just relax with a look at the news etc. I would definitely recommend as very near to all tourist attractions

Great place to stay, very clean and quiet.

The stay was great, the place is close to the Vatican and to the Metro station. The stay there was very good The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Check out time is early, don't declare that you have baggage storage, bikause you don't. To leave the luggage out the room it is not save solution. Nice place to be in Rome for 2 days.

Good value property!

I was travelling solo & it was important to me to feel safe. This is a self check in situation for the most part with the use of codes & a drop box for the key which was a little confusing for me but once I was checked in everything came together. My room was very clean & modern in styling. The bathroom fixtures were very attractive with a wonderful rain head shower. My room was cleaned every day & almost by magic the most delicious pastries were left for me on my little fridge. I felt safe in my room & in the neighbourhood as well. A fresh market was half a block away as was a bakery. Short walking distance from the metro & the Vatican. Great location yet quiet night & day. I would stay here again. Very good value.

Stylish room, good location, poor breakfast

We had the superior room (No2) and we loved it. Clean, stylish and comfortable. The hotel is pretty much a big flat divided into rooms. Location is perfect, close to metro station and sights (Vatican, Castle St Angelo, even Trevi Fountain or Trastevere is only 30 minutes walk). No reception only from 10am to 1pm but they have a system that allows you to get in and pick up your keys. Check out is at 10am, which is a bit early, really. No real breakfast, few cookies are left by the reception desk but there is a coffee machine, so you can have coffee whenever you want.

A well kept property in a great part of town. Walk to Vatican city. First impressions of the area were scary at first, but totally transformed in the evening,with restaurants popping up all around and lots of locals walking about. Coffee, shopping and food are close by. Well lit and safe. Enjoyed our stay in Rome very much. A wonderful place to stay.

Two out of three days there was no hot water. Getting into the room, through code numbers, is very difficult and confusing. The man who cleaned the rooms was pleasant but unhelpful. No hotel staff to help a traveler. No elevator. Not recommended for older travelers.

great location

great hotel, few minutes walk from the Vatican. couple of restaurants withe 4 mins walks and a lot more around. walking distance to all shopping stores.clean, comfortable rooms.staff was very friendly and the owner made contacting him very fast and easy. everything is great except the breakfast. i thought it would be a buffet service, but its only different types of teas in your room. i had a great stay thou.
