Very nice hotel. The staff was very efficient and friendly. We were in the annex and it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I never saw a buffet with such a variety of food. Several cheeses, prosciutto, bacon, eggs and frittatas and so much more. Would definitely go back😊

Wouldn't recommend

Convenient to the Termini. Less than a 4 minute walk, depending on which terminal exit you use. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. However, the "upgraded" master room is barely larger than a walk-in closet. It was located in there newly "renovated" annex, which is a block away. The sheets were dirty. Pillows were stained. The shower was moldy. There were stains on the bathroom walls and on the door. The water smelled bad. And they charge an additional 6 euros per night for the city tax.

Great Hotel, Great Value

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, friendly staff, great location
Cons: noisy at times
This hotel was amazing. I thought I was going to get a run down beat up hotel, but the staff was great and the rooms just as great. What put this hotel over the top was their breakfast. I truelly was wonderful. Not your ordinary milk, cereal and muffin bfast. Great location close to the train station and metro. There are also plenty of places to eat around the hotel that are really good. I highly recomend this place to anyone.

This hotel was OK-I was expecting better

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet, the rooms were a little dirty
When we first got there and went to the room, the first room was dark and dirty and the view was terribly. We changed rooms and we ended up in front of the hotel. Which was much better but this is not a three star and half hotel. The carpet looked dirty, the wall paper was peeling and there were cracks in the bathroom, there was no waste paper basket in the room except for in the bathroom, no tissues not even in the bathroom. No mini bar, and the internet service didn't work half the time. The only positive was the staff they were friendly and helpful and there were lots of places to eat. I realized that you are only in the room to sleep because most of the your time is outside of the hotel. Since I have been in three star's and higher I know what quality is.

Morgana Hotel provides excellent service and location

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, excellent service
Cons: No free Internet, elevators not ada compliant
The Morgana is a boutique hotel within three minute walk of the main Termini bus, rail and metro station in Rome. The staff provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming, with personal service for espresso, special beverage or menu requests. The room rates are so reasonable that it is easy to upgrade to a deluxe queen room on an upper floor. The regal red carpets create a plush, elegant atmosphere. Upgrades are in the works for a lovely courtyard and even more comfortable rooms. Watch out for the tiny elevators. Like most buildings in Rome, it has been around for a while, although obviously well cared for.

This hotel was really central to the city

Pros: Quiet
We like this hotel because of its location. We stayed only one night and had four people in this room as we wanted the kid with us. This was a bit cramped but we only came back to sleep and spent no time in the room. Very European and since the kids were used to US hotel they found it incredibly small. Do not eat near the hotel we had the worst lunch near by. In terms of value for money for a central hotel in a big European city we thought it was fine. Not a hotel to spend any time in but a hotel to use as a base.

I would not recommend..

Cons: No free Internet
This hotel is by far not a 4 star. Breakfast was not included and the wallpaper is peeling and carpet is coming up in the corners. The rooms are very tiny and elevator fits one.The neighborhood is not the best. The good thing is its near the train station. I also have to say WIFI did not work. They wanted 10 euros extra per night for a non working wifi and the 10 per person for breakfast.I have been to several 4 star hotels in italy and this is not close. Good breakfast .
