This property is very clean. They give you clean towels everyday. The cleaning staff is really courteous. The people at the front desk are helpful but they have a little bit of attitude. The hotel has a great location, it’s very close to the stores, mall and important places like Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Overall is great!

A wonderful hotel! Very kind staff

This is an excellent hotel conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions such as Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The accommodations are clean and updated. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor. The elevator is very old and small, but functions well enough. The doors to the rooms are paper thin so don’t expect piece and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Great central location, easy to walk to all key tourist locations. Good local restaurants close by. Staff in hotel very friendly and helpful. Room clean and just what we needed for a 4 night stay. Great breakfast included. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Small but nice

It was a great small and clean hospitality. Breakfast was great and staffs were helpful and nice. It just a little annoy that have to use the keys to lock the room no matter going in or coming out. The lock has to use the keys to lock when in the room. There is old elevator and about 15 stair case to access into the building. Overall, it was a nice stay for our family vacation.

We got an actual suite with 2 bathrooms! Did not expect that! Water and coffe in room were no extra charge! Rare for free water in Italy!

Good, solid hotel

Mia Suites was spotless and the location couldn't have been any better. The breakfast was good and the front desk was mostly helpful. They did mess up our dinner reservations three nights in a row which was kind of a bummer so I would suggest handling anything like that yourself. The room was fairly comfortable and very quiet. I'm glad I had the hotel arrange pick up for us at the airport because it would have been somewhat difficult to find without the driver since it's on the third floor of a building with offices and apartments. WiFi signal was strong. I would stay here again.

A great choice, for a wonderful vacation

Beautiful and friendly hotel. Stuff is super helpful, professional and very nice. Good breakfast. Great location and within walking distance to some main attractions. Great restaurants and supermarket close by. Metro and bus station few minutes walk.
