The rooms are great. The lobby is on the bottom floor, the hotel is a mile away on another floor. The parking is in a different direction. Half the elevators arent working and there is a long line just to get in the elevator. There is no players club in the casino. There are no clear directions where to park and enter to check-in. The only staff i talked to or seen was at check-in. It is very inconvenient and time consuming to do anything. I will not be staying there again.

I don't drink or gamble, but I chose this lodging so my five year old would have a good time, which, I suppose she did. The room was clean and the staff was great but the whole place has this "going out of business sale" vibe. It was pretty underwhelming overall.

My mentally challenged adult son was a hotel guest of the property throughout the Summer 2025. On 08/29/25, he was ejected from a show at the hotel and escorted to his room to retrieve his personal belongings. Then, told to leave the property. Hotel security only stated my son was "locked out". The reservation was 08/29/2025-09/05/2025. CircusCircus says to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia says they cannot reach CircusCircus to process a refund. I insured the comedy show ticket and the hotel stay. Neither insurer will pay because its out of the scope of what they cover. BEWARE.
My son was ejected from the show before the show started. Insured ticket was not insured after all. Security potentially has an ADA violation.

The rooms were clean, but were a bit rundown, The check in clerk was absolutely nice and efficient. Security staff were very helpful, but unfortunately we only know that because the area around the casino and hotel are loaded with homeless beggars. The entire casino and hotel hallways are run down, worn carpets etc.. No gaming tables, just slots and electronic gambling
