¡No hay nada mejor que un asiento de primera fila en el paseo marítimo y vistas de la playa y el océano más allá! Hermoso dúplex frente al mar con 5 habitaciones, 3 baños completos y 2 1/2 baños con mucho espacio para dormir para 12. El primer nivel tiene un garaje con estacionamiento para 2 autos y también es donde encontrará sillas de playa y un refrigerador adicional para almacenar bebidas y hielo. También se encuentra en el primer nivel la lavandería, 1/2 baño, BR # 1 con 2 camas individuales, área de ducha al aire libre cerrada y acceso directo a la playa y al paseo marítimo. Puede usar la escalera de caracol para obtener acceso al nivel de vida principal o ir directamente desde los escalones frontales cerrados a la entrada de la propiedad. El segundo nivel es donde encontrarás el área principal de estar con amplias vistas al océano. Una terraza ubicada fuera de la sala de estar es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana o tomar una copa por la tarde. Se ofrece una chimenea eléctrica para protegerse de las noches frías y una gran televisión inteligente para que se sienta como en casa. Una gran área de cocina / comedor bien equipada se encuentra justo detrás de la sala de estar donde se encuentra un pase, para que no se sienta separado del resto de la fiesta. El siguiente nivel ofrece 3 habitaciones adicionales que incluyen una Master Suite frente al mar con terraza privada y cama King size, 2 habitaciones dobles y otra habitación con una reina que comparte un baño en el pasillo. Livin’ the dream!

Great ocean front and on the boardwalk. Perfect location and the house was ideal for kids. Third floor was heavenly for those under 18. House nicely equipped. We will be back!

In many ways, this property is lovely—great view, well-stocked. However, the room with two twin beds is unusable because of mildew (eye-watering). The room is on the ground-level with the garage and laundry room. We needed the room and could not use it. It is otherwise beautiful.

Perfect location and property

Right on the boardwalk and beach, this property made for a perfect vacation. We had 4 adults that all slept comfortably and enjoyed their stay. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfy and plenty of space in the common areas. And it's about 10 steps out the door to the beach and easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. Amazing views from the 2 balconies too! The kitchen could use a few more items and the outdoor shower is a little hard to access (and not really outdoor) but other than that, this place has everything. We already booked it for next year!

Loved our stay in Rehoboth!

My family’s first trip to Rehoboth. Last year we went to Lewes, my family wanted the waves in Rehoboth! I really loved the location of this house-right on the beach and boardwalk. Very convenient to everything. I was worried being on the boardwalk was going to be too noisy but it was just south of all the action-perfect for taking walks. And still close enough to walk to restaurants and get ice cream! House was perfect-lots of room for 8 adults and 4 young kids. The kids loved the loft. One problem the chairs outside master bedroom are rusty and need to be replaced cannot sit on them. Would definitely go back!

Great vacation

We loved everything about this house. It was perfectly located on the boardwalk within walking distance to the shops but not too close to add extra noise. The house was clean, adequately stocked with kitchen items, had updated bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint is with a service call we put in the first day. There was an electrical issue that was intermittent in the loft creating an outage very so often. The rental company said someone would come out but they never did. We made due, but not having follow up makes me concerned for any bigger problems we might have if we rent again. Overall we were very happy with the house. We will definitely be renting again next year.

A Happy rainy New Year

Very comfortable. The best provisioned kitchen ever...and we owned aa NC rental property for many years and appreciate being able to really cook. The lack of Living room TV cable was challenging com Football time.

Ladies Week

Amazing stay- can’t beat the location

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen fully equipped. Bedrooms very comfortable. You really cannot beat the view and proximity to the beach. We had an amazing time.

Wonderful vacation!

The house was very nice with a perfect location on the beach and close to everything. We really appreciated the garage and all the beach chairs. Lots of bedrooms and large kitchen. We loved thd updated master bath. The basement bedroom linoleum floor definitely needs replacing! The sliding glass door in the living room is very difficult to open and close. Also could use ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Check in and out was a breeze! We had a great time and will be back.

Rehoboth Family Time

We loved this house!! We were 5 adults and 5 teenage boys (all 14) and the house was so convenient to everything. We were steps from the beach and the boardwalk. The house was the perfect size to accommodate everyone. We loved the outdoor shower area, which was enclosed so we could put our towels, chairs and boogie boards there securely, wash off from the beach and not bring any sand into the house. We’ll be staying again next year for sure!!

My only concern was that this property was advertised as "pet friendly" and we paid an additional fee to bring our dog. In almost every room, there was rat poison traps on the floor which my dog promptly discovered and started to play with. Cleaning crew could have removed for our stay

New Years Get Away

We had a great time celebrating New Years Eve! The house was very well appointed with outside chairs/cushions and many kitchen accessories too. The house location was perfect that we never had to move the car once parked. It was veey relaxing to watch the ocean, beach and boardwalk from the comfort of this house. I highly recommend this property to others except I would limit the number of adults to 8 for comfortable living room seating when gathering for evening indoor festivities during the winter months.

Short birthday celebration

We chose this house based on location. It was perfect we were here for a quick 4 day weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. Since it’s 2020 and my kids have remote learning due to Covid 19 I was a little concerned about whether the WiFi would support four girls on their laptops and phones during their school hours! Thankfully the WiFi was strong enough and they were able to enjoy the weekend without worrying they had missed a day of school. The girls loved spending time on the boardwalk at night. I enjoyed long walks on the beach. I would highly recommend this spot. Plenty of room. Very nice accommodations. Perfect location. I’m hoping we will be back!

Oceanfront on Boardwalk

Great location, nice house, good layout, parks 4-5 cars, kitchen is very well-stocked (except for Tupperware-type containers. Paper towels, toilet paper supplied. Washer is front loading using HE liquid. There were a few containers there but not sure if that is always the case. AC worked great. 3rd floor has a separate Mitsubishi unit. Somewhat dated/retro bathrooms I.e. pink and yellow but everything was is good condition. Weird address. GPS shows a few blocks from ocean, however, it is on the ocean. Using 1 Hickman Street in the GPS puts you in the correct vicinity.
