Overall, your average hotel water park is definitely a hit for the kids, but the random holes in the hallway were a bit concerning; it felt like I was walking through a construction project on scaffolding.

The water pressure in the showers is terrible. None of our family got to take a shower with any pressure. The hotel was clean, and the water park was fun, but they allow way too many people into the water park at a time. I wish the hours it was open would have been earlier than 4 though. The lazy river was anything but lazy, as there were a million kids horsing around, but my kid loved it.

Frustrated with room. It was right by the elevator and it was so so loud. It was a Thursday with Friday off of school. The breakfast food was gone by 8:30 and not refilled. There were so many people just putting that sausage gravy on bread.

Super disappointed

Room not clean. Bathroom has broken wash line, broken toilet paper holder and mold and water damage on door. Beds were not comfortable and we had spiders crawl on us. The waterpark was over crowded, not enough seating, only a couple life guards. Cold water and not monitored. Kids were shoving and pushing in the activities while the life guards talked to each other.
