Floor was dirty and no a/c working had to beg for a portable fan. No other rooms supposedly available Had to call down for towels only a wash rag in room shower didn’t want to work ( took 10 min for water to come out and at first it was black ) the fire alarm went off for burnt popcorn on mobile microwave in hallway and none of our room lights worked but bathroom

Nothing worked in the rooms. It smelled in the elevator. We called for someone to come and fix the things that weren’t working but no one came. There was only one towel in the room. The phone didn’t work so I had to go downstairs to get a second one. We arrived at 2:00 pm but they wouldn’t allow us to check in until 3:00. They charged us for a pet fee but we didn’t have a pet so they said there is also a fee for not having a pet. Worst experience I have had

Below 1 Star- Mold and Filth

Hotel is not only run down, it is extremely dirty. Windows, floors, walls, mattresses, and bathrooms were caked in previous use. Almost every inch of the hotel that was visible was needing some type of cleaning. I normally would never write a review like this, it was absolutely disgusting.

The property is in need of some repair. First room, the kid was off the toilet and it would not flush. I was moved to a second room with a door problem where you had to push hard on the door when it felt like it was locked. Reserved on Expedia. Make sure you read the room descriptions if you have a pet. The hotel shows pet friendly but it's only select rooms listed as such. No pet rooms don't say no pets, they just don't say pet friendly, which cost me a non refundable $87 because they needed to make a whole new reservation.

Tough check in process. Waited about 20 min. The lady at the front seemed to want to take care of everything else besides checking people in. Added a pet fee. Was rude. Room was very underwhelming. 30” tv that would not rotate. Dirty table and chairs. Rough place for the price.

This property has so many issues. Missing light bulbs, no light in the bathroom, holes in the sheets, shower, very dirty with soap, scum, and hair, could not open the toilet lid because it hit the countertop, windows that have not been cleaned in quite some time, and the walls are thin and you can hear Everything outside and inside. I would never stay here again.

When my wife and I got to the motel, we were waiting in line to check in, when the person in front of us started yelling and being totally unreasonable with the lady behind the desk. She tried to work with the person who was yelling, but he was totally unreasonable. She handled it very well and very professionally.

You get what you pay for - if you have a tight budget, you can expect poor service, dirty rooms, unsafe areas and inconveniences. At arrival, vagrants were hanging around, the lobby was dark, parking lot was tight and the public bathroom was in the small lounge at the end of one hall, not in the lobby. Based on other reviews, we checked for bed bugs, but got lucky. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom, the smoke detector was covered, a hole was found in the ceiling, two spots with water damage were under windows, toilet lid was worn, bathroom counter and door had damage, room lamp was broken. I have photos to attach.
