We checked into our room and took one look. We brought our bags back out to our car and requested a refund. The place is smelly, musty, dirty, has dead flies everywhere, dirty floors, smoke detectors hanging from the ceiling, outlets with wires hanging out, spots on walls unpainted, over all very dirty and run down. The pictures on Expedia were not accurate at all (building looks trashy, there’s no big beautiful pool outside), sketchy part of town, homeless people in the parking lot, outside lights flickering, dogs inside barking. This place should not even be an option to purchase! My kids were actually SCARED to stay here. I’m waiting on my refund yet from Expedia.

When rating hotels you have to take price into consideration. This is an old facility, and nothing is fancy, but the beds are very good, the sheets are clean, the a/c/heater works great and the water is hot. I often stay at better hotels, but they cost 2x - 3x as much. This one is a GREAT deal. Which there was one like it everywhere I go.

A truly disappointing experience. Staff couldn’t initially find our 2 room reservation. Elevator had a disgusting aroma. Key cards (both rooms) malfunctioned. Both rooms only had one set of towels. Both rooms needed toilet paper. Telephones didn’t work. TVs didn’t work. Light bulbs burnt out.

Couple of lamps were not working either. It was late for us and we had long travel day. Otherwise we would have not stayed at this place. @expdia, how can you provide platform to such pathetic property?

It was just okay. The staff was hard to speak with but helpful. There was breakfast but just okay. There was no regular coffee. The juice tasted funny and was not drinkable. The gravy for the biscuits was watered down and very salty.

The walls are paper thin, I can hear every neighbor next to me. The AC and fridge is loud and buzzes on and off. The towels had stains on them. The lights didn't all work. I talked to the staff but none of my requests were fulfilled. The good thing about this location is walking distance to food and Safeway, and the shower pressure was excellent. 1.5/5
