The staff was friendly and helpful. They fitted me with a first floor room because of my heavy luggage since the property does not have elevator service. They also remembered to call in a taxi the next morning so I could get to the airport on time. Most of all the bed was well made and very comfortable. The property was quiet and well maintained.

Clean room, good customer service, very close to the airport and self parking is available and there’s free breakfast available. The only concern we had was there is no elevator and we have to carry all our luggages using the stairs. But overall, our stay was good.

We arrived at the hotel around 12pm day of the end of a 10 day cruise. Check in was 4pm. There were 2 other couples that were checking in also. We were told we could check in earlier for $10 each hour before check in time. There were rooms ready but we had to sit in the eating area till check in time. One couple had been there since early morning. We were tired and exhausted. Very inconsiderate! Also, there were 3 floors to this hotel but no elevator. We are senior citizens. Had to pay an extra $10 to get a room on main level. Hotel was outdated, dark and needs work. But, room was clean and spacious.
