Even though we had purchased a two bedroom suite to fit our family of 5, there were only two towels, no soap for washing dishes in the kitchen sink, no trash bags for collecting trash (which the manager told us we need to do and dispose of ourselves). The couch with pull out bed was very dirty, old, and worn to the point that the staff had covered the couch with a sheet before we got there to hide it. The back door to the patio was broken, the shower drain didn't drain well. When we used the shower, we were standing in 3 inches of water the whole time. The room, especially the fridge had a really odd smell which wasn't pleasant to be in at all. The best thing about this place is that the pool was very nice, and the garden area around the pool was pretty well maintained. The buildings overall need a lot of updates and care. We came during the rainy season (mid October) and we were happy with the pool condition even after it rained with so many trees around. However we would hesitate to stay here again especially during the rainy season because the sewer line on the street outside the hotel was overflowing and flowing into the street which made the whole area stink really bad. That's something that the hotel management may not be able to fix since it's outside of their property. The staff wasn't available in the evenings to help with anything. It's more run like an AirBnb vs. a regular hotel. There's not staff on site 24-7.
