Overall, Ill give a 6.5/10 There were good things about the place. Its big and has a lot of amenities, but the main problem is that its super old and aged. The rooms, furniture, elevators, etc. Food selection is huge, however, the quality is not the best specially with the meat. The cutleries can definitely be renewed as they are all full of scratches and dirty in some cases

The whole experience was wonderful, the hotel/resort, the staff, the food, the rooms and the entertainment. The only knock was that the resort was showing its age, other than that it was a wonderful experience. Well done Jalisco staff!

Great stay! Found our floors in room just didn’t get cleaned that often. But the food at all the restaurants was amazing! Loved the entertainment and beach access was incredible! Staff was always so friendly and bartenders were amazing!

We loved the palm trees on the beach. There were always enough loungers. The food was very good, lots to choose from but sometimes buffet items were not hot. We liked eating outside. The property is very compact so very walkable. However, especially in the pool areas, this means that it can get very crowded. The room was comfortable, however, we were on the top floor and there was a repetitive noise (from a water pump?). Check-in and out was fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an outdated property BUT talking to one employee before leaving the property confirmed that they are about to do some upgrades to the entire property mid this year (2024) by December is expected to be fully renewed. The service, cleanliness and coordination between the staff is impecable. I was only disappointed about the property conditions for the amount we paid for it. It is a family resort to enjoy for all ages and the evening shows were impecable.
