There was not one thing that we can criticize, because everything turned out to be the best vacation. The Pelican Hotel was right on the clean Beach, not too far from the Airport. Food and Drinks were delivered to you as you requested while sunbathing in comfortable chairs or chase lounges to your choosing. We truly loved the food choices, because they were delicious and many naturals to Mexico citizens. Our room was outstanding, big comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms with a suite and wrap around balcony to view ocean and pool. The service personal did their very best to please.

Nice layout and atmosphere; charming, well organized; seemed more authentically Mexican than the other resorts around it; our teenaged daughters loved it. WiFi could be better if you are concerned about it. Good beach access; secure; Overall a great experience.

Property is super hot upon arrival. Room was good enough for the view and price but not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Marketing is overselling the property. Food was excellent not complaints there, except for the location. Open concept dinner during 100 degree plus humidity weather does not go well. I will not book on this property again. There are other better properties than this one nearby for the same price. Pool was dirty, needs better care during the night. Recommend a better pump filter or a pump to clean the pool during peak hours. Recommend a better welcome temperature control or glass doors at the lobby. Hate to wait hours to get a room or wait in a humid no air lobby.
