Ignore the bad reviews if you are someone who is easy-going and wants to have good service and a great beachfront location. I travelled with my three year-old and we had a great time! The waiters are so quick to bring you drinks right to you on the beach, most of the vacationers are over 60, which I love because a lot of of them have great vibes and are there for a good time! Lots of locals as well! We had a great time and I'm so glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews. My only downfall is the buffet is quite minimal and there aren't many food options… That's my biggest complaint. The rooms are super basic as well, but the outside pool and beach area were so great! It's a smaller resort so you get to know everybody really quickly which I loved.

Friend Fun Hutel

Friendly Fun Hotel it's small but makes you feel you're at home. Hotel needs a HUGE remodel in the restaurant area, bedrooms and exterior. All the rooms have old damaged restrooms, leaking faucets ,cracked, toilet bowl. The restaurant dust and rust all over, old cups, dosheswear that needs to be trashed and they still keep using it. The food, the worst you could imagine. Not sure was is called all inclusive is is not worth it. Clearly a rip-off. 1st and last time I'll be visiting this location.

This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and at this hotel and it definitely will not be my last. The hotel name says it all. The staff, the hospitality, the food, the people, the area, the music and entertainment…..just about everything was absolutely amazing. Thank you Hotel Friendly Fun Vallarta for an amazing time.

The main thing, at this resort, I didn’t like was that food in the buffet was always luke warm and the pizza was always cold even slices near the bulb. Other guests I talked to also noticed this so they would get food made fresh at the grill. However I loved the taco restaurant upstairs by the lobby and the outdoor bbqs were great. The oil and vinegar containers on the table needed to be cleaned more often. They had the best margaritas that I’ve had at any resort and I loved warm adult pool temperature. There are lots of shady bed spots if you prefer not to get as much sun. No real card playing tables available… everyone made due with the high long tables in the lobby bar but it was very noisy there at night as sounds echoed. The coffee bar and pastries were great ! The staff is very friendly.

Everyone in our group had a great time at the resort. Clean rooms, great drinks at the bar and right on the beach. The only thing I wish was that the food was better.

We loved our time here but they could change a couple things. They have no place to play cards and the main area is so noisy chairs and voices echo and are almost unbearable. The food was good, taco restaurant was Awsome. The barbecues were well done, had delicious fish one night, another a fiesta which was great. Didn’t try the specialty restaurants. Found it hard to know how to book these. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed our holliday

Friendly family!

We absolutely love the Friendly, we have been coming here for iver 15yrs. They had a little hiccup after covid with the nightly entertainment. They have returned to the same fun place it was before, with the same wonderful staff! It speaks volumes when a place can retain the same staff for over 15yrs! We love you all! Double double, hugo, tony, kalucha,barillio,teo, and the many more! The list is endless.
