"When I stepped into this spectacular hotel I knew I was going to be treated like a queen! The staff is very helpful and kind! I couldn’t ask for a better hotel. "Hotel located across the river from Porto making it a little less busy. Parking was great with valet included. Full breakfast buffet was very good. Concierge was helpful to plan port tasting options nearby The room was very spacious yet weird design choices. They promote environmental stewardship but there are few places to hang things in the shower bathroom area Lighting took some time to get used to. Overall very pleasant"
