It is relatively new, you can feel it, which can’t be said about Hiltons in general. * Decently far from Porto, so plan for 20-25 minute travel every time you want to go into town. * Very good breakfast spread, they pamper! * Parking structure is right next door, self parking. Paid parking. * Stayed in the duplex, very cute For a small family!

Our room faced out front on floor one, it could be quite noisy. Not consistent with what time room was cleaned everyday so some days we would come back about 3pm and room wasn’t cleaned.

It very clean and spacious. Their staff are the real star. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and thy left a small cake and bottle of wine in our room. Daily in the evening they would come and ask if you needed anything, like water tea etc. Breakfast was top notch with plenty of variety.. I will highly recommend it and will stay again on our next visit

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived to the property no one helped us with the luggages, not even asked us to help us to get them to the room after the check in, which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. When we got to the room, the view was the worst I have ever had, and the sofa bed had the thinnest mattress I have ever seen, similar to a yoga mat, impossible to sleep on; ( my daughter woke up with a sore back and the youngest one couldn’t sleep there so we were 3 sleeping in one king bed). So we called the front desk about 10 times because no one was getting the phone, after they answered I asked to get it fixed but they said the house keeping lady was gone for the day and they couldn’t do anything for us, the only option was to book another room. I was very disappointed for the service a 5 star hotel was delivering. I feel this hotel deserves a 3 star at max. Won’t never come back to this hotel, try the hotel next to them but don’t come here.
