Eduardo at Concierge was excellent. He provided excellent advice & went out of his way to help us find our missing hoodie. The room, however, could be better. There was a housefly buzzing around, the handsoap bottle was not replenished & there was no tissue paper.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in 2.5 years. It’s excellent and I do love this hotel. The reason I have given four stars not five is because the noise until 4am at night was terrible when I stayed in Oct 25. There was a party on the street with noise unbearable. I could see other people complained about this on Google Reviews.

Highly recommend!

Loved the location of this hotel. The vibe by the river was amazing, with great little restaurants along the strip. Location to bridge/downtown Porto was so convenient, and gave us a little escape from the downtown core. Gaia has beautiful views across the water to Porto.
