Hampton House is well kept up. I have been going here for over 30 years. Just make sure you bring soap, cups and hair dryer. Staff was so nice. And the sunrise was EPIC every day.

Friendly and welcoming staff. shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is a separate charge on Sundays. Room needed dusting, the bed not that comfortable, drafty windows and the heater/radiator would "bang" whenever it turned off.
