¡Hermoso condominio recientemente remodelado en el último piso de 2br / 2ba en uno de los mejores vecindarios de Portland ya está disponible! Viene con vistas, una terraza privada, un lugar de estacionamiento seguro, wifi gratis y todo lo que necesita para mudarse. Ven a visitarnos por una noche, un mes o el tiempo que desees.

Desde el condominio puede caminar hasta la tienda de comestibles Zupans (justo debajo de nosotros) y reunir todo lo que necesitará para cocinar una deliciosa comida en nuestra cocina completamente equipada. Puede pasear por una cafetería local para comprar pasteles frescos y café preparado localmente. Puedes caminar o correr a lo largo del hermoso camino frente al río que conduce al centro de compras o la hora feliz. Puedes alquilar bicicletas, kayaks, tablas de paddle surf o escalar rocas en el enorme gimnasio de escalada frente al mar a solo unas cuadras de la carretera. Great having friends nearby

This is a bright, clean and cozy Condo in a great neighborhood close to parks, grocery etc. We live in Sellwood and wanted our friends to be able to stay nearby. This gave them their own space with us just a quick walk away.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This was our first visit to Portland. We had a fabulous vacation and these accomodations were the icing on the cake. It has all the comforts of home and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Portland OR Family Fun

We really enjoyed a stay in Portland. This property was exactly what we needed for 4 adults. Very clean, hosts were responsive, close to the river, downtown and parks. Only glitch was payment was not taken through VRBO and not infomation was provided.We had to Vemo owners. Gate codes were not sent as indicated in emails, but host provide codes over the phone.

Visiting family in Portland

Beautiful accommodations, secure garage parking. My wife and I were visiting from Alaska to help our daughter move and setup a new apartment downtown. We enjoyed walking along the river just a block away in Willamette Poo ark. Also the great super market just steps out our door.

Great hangout with OHSU convenience

Yes, there are stairs gave us a workout, but good exercise. The condo was the family hangout during the wait for OHSU surgery and after recovery, its a straight shot from condo to OHSU parking and Tram. Our extra family stayed at Rivers Edge Hotel also convenient to condo. Dan the Man, handyman, super helpful and nice guy.OMG, super close to Zupans Market. Well actually right through the breezeway to the wonderful, alittle pricey, but so worth it Zupan's Market. The whole family loved wondering through Zupan's which made for interesting meals at condo.Parking was convenient under condo, Park was right across Macamdam, spaghetti factory close and great food.Great location very convenient to Portland waterfront and medical district. We'll return but after recovery from heart surgery, those stair would do him in right now. Thank you for sharing your place.

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable condo in great condition and location. Secure parking, non pet and smoking, and next door to Portlands finest market. Also, one block from beautiful riverfront park. The host was very helpful thru reservation and checkin process.

Amazing stay in great location!!

The condo was very roomy and had all the amenities you could need. Located right next to a Zuppans market(which is also amazing) and is in short walking distance from a beautiful park and the Willamette River, it was a very enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Pdx getaway

This is our second time staying here and we loved the home and location just as much as we did the first time. The location couldn’t be any better. It’s a quick walk to the market or the park or a quick ride to the freeway. We love having coffee on the balcony in the mornings or reading in the afternoons. The house is clean and has everything we need. We will be back.

Wonderful 3-night stay!

This was a great property - attractive unit in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the close proximity of the walking path along the river! Destinations like the Downtown/Pearl District were an easy 15 minute drive. Highly recommended.

Short Surgical Stay

Wonderful location for a brief stay for our daughter's surgery! Despite being downtown it's delightfully quiet, a quick skip down the stairs to the grocery store and 10 minutes from the "hill" and all medical hospitals. This is our second time staying here for our daughter's procedures and we would highly recommend it.

Great short stay

This was a wonderful apartment for us. We were two couples and there was ample room. The bedrooms and beds were great, the kitchen and living spaces were plentiful and well appointed. Importantly, the air conditioning worked great - it was near 100 degrees (38 C) and it stayed cool and comfortable inside. The kitchen could have used a few more plates and glasses, but all was good. Thanks for a great stay.

Great property with a great location

The property was very modern with a great little market down the steps. It was very convenient to the river and also great restaurants. The 4th of July fireworks on the river were fantastic! We had a super time, and will try to stay again at this location.

College Tour in OR

My sister and I took my niece to see 4 colleges in the area. This was an amazing place to stay right next to a beautiful grocery store and other stores. Very clean and love the 2b 2ba set up. The stairs keep giving you a little exercise. Nice quiet neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Appreciate the good coffee in the kitchen. Thank you so much ❤️💙
