Everything. The place was wonderful/ staff, breakfast, the bar, rooms were amazing!!! The parking was the only issue. Too few spaces for the amount of cars. But even that was manageable. We will be back!!

We didn’t stay. Our flight was canceled from St Thomas and they would not accommodate us moving our reservation to the following night, BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA. Between the refusal to allow us to park long term (as they advertise) and the unwillingness to help accommodate our flight cancellation, ALL BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA) We will NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The only reason we chose this hotel is because they offered long term parking while we went on vacation for a week. They advertise “free shuttle to the airport” as well. Last year we stayed at this same facility and were able to park long term. THIS year we were told we could not use their long term parking because WE BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA. I told them they advertised on Expedia for these services but they said their manager changed their policy last month that the only people who could use long term parking were guests who booked directly through them. I also offered to pay a separate fee to park there, and they refused. We will NEVER stay here again.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location very close to airport. Shuttle drivers helpful. We arrived well after midnight and very tired. Staff helped us with no hassles at all and we finally got to bed. The room was comfortable and clean.
