The hotel stay itself was fine, however parking was an issue. We arrived at night, and although there was an empty lot right across the street from the hotel, we were told we had to park our car across the street, in a garage, on the 5th or 6th floor. The instructions at the front desk for payment in the lot weren't clear, and we ended up erroneously inserting our credit card to enter the garage ($65 for the night), instead of using the $35 voucher given to us by the hotel. By the time we realized our mistake and went back to re enter the garage, our card had already been charged. We did receive a refund from the front desk manager, yet the parking, which could easily have taken 5 minutes, took time out of our evening.
