Excellent employee service starting from the pleasant check in process which was very welcoming, whose genuine sweet smile was always appreciated, to the hotel’s lounge employee for the evening reception who was very attentive, his polite and gentle manner is worth its weight in gold. We keep coming back at the Marriott Pleasanton year after year. This weekend I reserved 3 rooms for a family staycation. Our adult daughter and son, their respective family, and especially our 3 well-behaved teen and pre-teen grandchildren enjoyed a very delightful weekend staycation.
