The stay and staff good. Cleanliness good. Bed needs firmer pillows, floppy mushy pillows not good. 24 hour store same parking lot for gas, snacks, etc....,shopping center, dinning, movies in walking distance. Nice location near interstate hwy, hot buffet breakfast available. Bus stop directly behind hotel. Heavy traffic noise in late evening if room near intersection. Check it out if its what you looking for, price reasonable!

Dirty!

Stayed at the end of May. Moved 3 times. First room smelled sour. 2nd room, hair in shower and crumbs/hair in pull out. 3rd room, had hair in bathroom again but we lived with it. Front desk is nice, but the housekeeping needs training. Very basic breakfast, small seating area. A man yelled at a woman with three small kids for taking "his" seat until someone else intervened. Not a pleasant trip, and we stayed one night instead of two. Wouldn't recommend it.

Looks nice

I was really disappointed with our recent stay. Outside traffic seemed really loud in the room. The beds felt super cheap and were not comfortable. There were not USB charging ports in the room. They did have a charger loaner which was nice but the one I needed wasn't available. The breakfast was horrible. The pancakes were super hard. The eggs seemed like an egg substitute. The bacon was bathing in its own grease. The bread for toast was hard and dry (before toasting). I guess I expected more from a Hyatt.
