The room was nice and the staff was great. I did go to the bar for dinner and a drink, they were out of ALOT. A few beers and as for food, I tried to order three things that were out before asking what I can have. My options were a chicken quesadilla or spinach salad, that’s it off the whole menu. That made it questionable to go back as I travel for business solo and convenient meals are important to me

Full kitchen and spacious rooms - but terrible worn out bed (felt like sleeping on a wooden board - no pairings or cushion support, and we do have and appreciate firm beds - this was terrible), and glaring hall light thru the window all night. We did not sleep well. Exhausted with sore backs and hips. Called to report to Kendra the asset manager I guess - because we booked thru travelocity, she supposedly could not provide compensation or refund. We drove a half an hour from a weekend seminar to stay at a/this Hyatt, since our family frequents Hyatt hotels almost exclusively. Extremely disappointed.

Convenient to the freeway, Clean and Comfy

Pros: Nicely updated, close to freeway, easy check in/out, free wi-fi, spacious and comfortable room.
Cons: The flow in the self-service breakfast area is not very well laid out and can get very congested during peak breakfast service hours.
Location: We only stayed at the hotel at night. We spent most of our time with family in Livermore. We did drive up to Muir Woods national monument.
Access to the freeway was close. The room was spacious and well appointed. Perfect for a family with more than 2 kids (we have 4). There was plenty of room in our suite for all our belongings and had we been staying for longer than a couple of days, a full kitchen would have been a huge cost saving benefit. The breakfast service is pretty standard for this class of hotel. The flow in the self-service area is not very well laid out and can get very congested during peak breakfast service hours. My only two sad faces were that we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, and there was no tub--only walk-in showers.

Great hotel not far from home

My family and I wanted a getaway for the 4th. Decided to book at the Hyatt House being that they had suites big enough for a family of 6 and a small dog! Hotel stay was great, pool was great! Loved the complimentary breakfast and that this hotel is definitely family friendly. We do plan to stay again in near future.

Frequently Stay Here

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Stay here often. Just a BART ride from SF. Weekend rate is tremendous for what you get. Very roomy, clean, pleasant. Teenage girls love their private room in the two bedroom suite. When I travel for business, collegues enjoy not having to deal with my snoring.
