Nicely remodeled rooms. Very clean. Bit close to freeway, they provided ear plugs. I did not need them. I was happy to be in clean cozy bed for the night after rough couple days traveling.

Liked property. Loved the mattress on the bed. It was very comfortable and I slept well. Didn’t like that I was locked at exactly 11:00 while loading my things in my car to check out and depart. Also was annoyed by the noisy vent in the bathroom.

Thank you for being our guest. We're glad you enjoyed our breakfast, however, we regret the situation with our front desk clerk. Please accept our apology and we hope that you found your jacket. Thank you for your business.

Very nice room. The breakfast was very good, too. The woman at the desk could have been a bit friendlier. We will definately stay here again!

Great overnight stop on our trip.

Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: This was an overnight stop for us so we didn't explore nearby places.
Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very basic ... More fruit please! Overall a very good experience.

Great place to stay on a budget

Pros: Clean, newly refurbished rooms
Cons: Tub did not drain, and was full of an inch of dirty water when we woke up the first morning.
Location: We had a nice evening at Stacey's restaurant on Pleasanton Main Street.
We had a great stay at this hotel and since we were traveling with Grandma, we booked an ADA room for her. She appreciated the extra handles and rails in the bathroom, plus a shower stool and other amenities that gave her the confidence that she's not to old to travel. The rooms looked recently refurbished, and we enjoyed breakfast with an exceptionally helpful breakfast hostess who looked after every need. We had an issue with the shower not draining, which we assume maintenance corrected after we left. You will hear traffic--the price you pay for a hotel close to the freeway.

Pleasant night's sleep in Pleasanton

Pros: Good location, clean and reasonable price.
Cons: Noisy lobby at breakfast. Turn down that TV!
Location: near BART, freeway and access to nearby attractions like Oakland and SF, Del Valle Reservoir, the county fair, Scottish Games later this year, golf.
Nice room, super clean and great location. Except being so close to BART and the freeway made it a tad noisy. Just clicked on the fan and slept like a baby. Staff was very nice.

Nothing fancy, just a reasonable room

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, short walk to bart station
Cons: no onsite laundry
I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Pleasanton BART station. The breakfast area is just an extension of the lobby, but there are enough tables. After breakfast, i walked 10 minutes to the BART station, and after a 45 min. train ride i was in downtown San Francisco, never having to deal with the Bay Area traffic. The rooms are pretty typical. I wouldn't call them "luxurious" but they are reasonable. There's a desk that's big enough for you and your laptop to actually use the free WiFi. Despite being near the freeway, i didn't have an issue with traffic noise. My only complaints are minor. The nearest place to do laundry is over a mile away, and the curtains are so thin, they don't offer much privacy.

Great place for a quick stay

Cons: Poor breakfast
We were in the East Bay over Memorial Day weekend and needed a place to stay for one night. This Best Western was great for that. Clean, comfortable room at a good price and close to 580 and 680 freeways without being unsafe or too loud.
