The staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. Room cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The remote and light switches were visibly dirty, the floor had leftover food crumbs, and no facial tissue box was provided. Only one coffee cup was available for a two-guest room, and it was wet and stained. There were also issues reaching room service- non functional number. We were asked to try at 11AM and then again asked for 2PM. Front desk could not assist."
