"We had an incredible stay at this oceanfront home in Nassau for our large family vacation; the home exceeded our expectations. There was more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, prepare meals together, and gather without ever feeling crowded. The outdoor spaces were a true highlight and we spent many hours enjoying the pool, hot tub, and ocean views, playing games, relaxing, and making meaningful memories together. The layout of the home made it easy to spend quality time as a group while still having room to spread out when needed. The home is a short drive from the heart of Nassau's tourist district, providing a quiet retreat from the busy city, while still located close enough to allow easy access to all Nassau has to offer. This property was the perfect setting for a special family getaway, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful oceanfront retreat in Nassau."

"Spent an excellent week between Christmas and new years at Tiffany and Ivan’s place! Communication through out the entire booking, arrival and checking process was awesome, very responsive and helpful. The pace had everything we needed and more for six adults, super comfortable and lots of space. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and also made this our home base to explore. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and a short drive to everything you’ll want to see on the island. Grocery stores and all the amenities you need a short drive away. "We loved our 7 days here. Most everything worked as its described. The morning sunrise is the best view on the island. Only down side is the pans are not non stick so cooking was a little challenge at first. It's in a Very quiet neighborhood and we had manta and spotted eagle rays swim by every morning. The beach just up the road is the nicest one around it. "
