The original room we were assigned had a still wet, poorly cleaned pile of vomit between the two beds which I accidentally stepped in bare foot. It smelled terrible and I don't know how it was missed. We got assigned to a new room which was clean and fine, but something like that should have never happened.

Roo. Was dirty as hell along with they have cockroachs. Me an my one son literally walked it down in a cup to show them. She said she will let the owner know along with asking expedia for a refund b3caus3 i booked with a 3rd party. She said all she do at this time is move us. Mean while theres some in the hallways aswll so im sure that move qouldnt have solved anything.

The room was clean and spacious and very nice. The breakfast was what was expected. Overall the hotel seemed clean and orderly but im not sure what was up with the elevators but they stunk. Very unpleasant and honestly i was surprised, a little bit of oder neutralizer should take care of that. The next morning there was spilled milk in the elevator and a slippery sign was opened over it and to my surprise an employee was riding down in the same elevator and she never cleaned it up. Mustn't of been her job! The bed was a little hard for me but my wife was comfortable so i guess 50/50 is decent.

Something was wrong with the HVAC system. Our room had a door that was extremely difficult to open and close. The bathroom toilet was not secured to the floor - very shaky. The one chair in the room was so wobbly it was uncomfortable to sit in. The room wasn’t cleaned very well. We checked in late and were very tired so we didn’t ask for another room. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but after the first night, we checked out the next morning. There were actually rotting bananas at the free breakfast. It was a strange experience for a Hampton Hotel. The staff were friendly though.

Enjoyed the omletts and sausage. Scrsmbled eggs were cold Saturday morning, and the Water option had red fruit juice of some kind both mornings. Clean buffet bar was nice.

Most of the staff were very friendly and kind. The only issue with staff was halfway my own fault. I accidentally left my Nintendo switch 2 in my room. I called the hotel as soon as I realized after we had checked out. We checked out around 11 and I believe I called around 3 or 4 that day. A man at the front desk answered. He said he’d check the lost and found and then didn’t find anything. He said he’d send his houseman up to check the room and I could call back in about 30 minutes to check back in. Which I did, and he said nothing was found. He said I could call in the next day and ask to speak to housekeeping if I wanted. He didn’t take my information. And that was that. So on the basis of that experience alone, I can’t recommend this place. I know it’s my fault for forgetting the switch but you want to know that a hotel isn’t going to just steal your things if something happens to get left behind. Beyond that we had several problems with our bathroom. The sink didn’t drain properly. The toilet wobbled and moved around. There was no fan in the bathroom. It’s a fine hotel if you have to stay there. But it’s not worth the price and it sounds like some of the staff have sticky fingers- whether it’s the maid service or the front desk, I couldn’t tell you. But the front desk guy really didn’t seem to be concerned.
