My reserved room wasn't available upon arrival, staff didn't seem to care. I was able to get another room unlike a person behind me. Got into my room and there was a used washcloth hanging in the shower, and no shampoo. Soap dish on the sink wasn't cleaned. Restaurant staff weren't attentive but the food was very good.

This hotel was nasty. The place was run down and old. Nothing works and most things were dirty. There was a paint spill in the hallway before I arrived and they simply put towels in the floor to cover it. Those towels were not removed at all. There was one woman covering the breakfast and she couldn't keep up with the demand. I asked the front desk boy for towels, he responded with.."let me see if we have any cleans one". The parking lot was completely dark, allowing for some shady business. I was sitting in my car with my son and the cops asked me "if everything was ok". I guess the cops are used to shady business. I will not recommend this dirty hotel and never stay here again.

The staff was rude and condescending, there were no outside lights at the entrance which is stairs from the building to the parking lot, the room was right by the busy freeway and a mile from the nearest outdoor entrance, the property was run down and smelled musty

Nice Stay Overall Good Location and Friendly Staff I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kind, which made check-in smooth and friendly. I appreciated how quiet the hotel was, even though the guest across from me occasionally slammed their door in the evening, the AC helped drown out the noise, which was great for my 5-year-old. The room was a decent size and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, which made for a good night’s sleep. My daughter really enjoyed the pool, although the floor was extremely slippery, so just a heads-up if you're traveling with kids. The pool area looked a bit dated, but it was fine my daughter didn’t mind. The water was freezing, though, which was a bit disappointing because I thought the pool was heated. (the room is, not the pool) Breakfast was a good! We especially loved the waffles in the morning; my daughter was thrilled. Another big plus was the location; it was super close to the Pittsburgh Zoo, which made for a fun outing. Overall, I’d consider staying here again. It’s a solid option for families looking for a convenient and quiet place to stay.

Outdoor lighting didn't work. Very dark at night. Room was roomy and adequate. Nice to have restaurant on site. It wasn't awesome food, but was convenient if you wanted something quick. Breakfast was pretty bad. Even for free hotel standards. For the price it was ok. It seemed clean and quiet at night.

Room was not clean, evening employee that checked me in was INCREDIBLY RUDE and the breakfast was garbage IF they even had it at all. I should have left after the interaction with the employee that checked me in but at that point it was very late at night. Pretty sure the owners don't care about bad reviews though.
No peephole in door, I guess they feel like a piece of plastic wrap would be fine
and the employee that checked me in stated "your room is pretty clean" after he went to make sure it was ok. Definitely not...

It is in a very good spot 15 minutes from the convention center and downtown. It was a little shady in the area around it where we felt a little uncomfortable. Staff was nice but the linen didn’t smell clean and there was some stains. The bathroom felt a little too much like a motel. Overall the price was good, the free parking was a nice bonus, and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast was down until further notice when we were there.

Good for a last minute stay.

Not terrible overall, but by far the best. Checked in, and was given a room. The hallways are long, and like a maze. Depending on where your room is, be ready for a long walk from the lobby. We made the long walk to our room, only to see a do nut disturb sign hanging on the door knob. I knocked and someone answered the door, so we had to walk back to the lobby with all our stuff to get another room, only to walk the entire way back to our new room. The room was clean, however the cable didn’t work on our tv, which is not a big deal. Then at some point Saturday our refrigerator stopped working with all of our drinks and food in it. Had to throw the food out which I wasn’t happy about. It’s a good place to stay as a last minute type of place, but I wouldn’t be jumping for joy to return. The gentleman at the front desk during check in was as top notch though.

I was greeted at check-in by the male working at the desk yelling and belittling the woman working after which the male stormed out of the hotel. I had to change rooms because the one the had me in originally was filthy. Neither my phone nor the lights in my room worked. Restaurant kept very odd hours and was also not very clean. 1st floor near the pool had an intense mildew smell all through the halls. Overall it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I would have moved hotels immediately if y son’s hockey team wasn’t also staying there. Overall it was probably the worst
