John, the host, was very accommodating and pleasant. The home was comfortable, relaxing and had all the comforts from home. The yard was well maintained. We enjoyed watching and listening to the variety of birds in the neighborhood. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath! The beds are super comfortable, and the place is very clean. The host, John, was very friendly and helpful. Anything you would need was there, including coffee! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay.

The house was comfortable, clean and feels updated with lovely finishes. I appreciated that there was coffee, creamer, light snacks, and water provided. There were convenient items that came in handy, particularly a pair of scissors and a step stool! The laundry room provided detergent and dryer sheets. I would love to stay in this house again in the future.

Best Vrbo or AirB&B that I've stayed in! Very, very clean, the layout is so functional, and the extra touches made us feel right at home. Our stay was because of having procedures at the Banner University Hospital so it was the perfect location. Eleven minutes to get to the doctor. AND John was a gracious and attentive host.

This property was by far the cleanest and freshest home I have ever stayed. It was also the first time that I actually used the appliances, utensils and dinnerware because of how spotless everything was. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. My daughter and I loved it.

Wonderful place to stay! The house was perfect for us. It is clean and newly updated with all of the amenities. The location is central to so many things in Phoenix.
