The bathroom was dirty, the floor and the shower had two clumps of hair stuck to the shower wall (I have pictures) When I informed the reception she said “but you are checking out tomorrow and anyway the cleaning people already left. When I called next day early morning a different person answered and said “ok, but you are checking out in a few hours” no solution was offered like having a different room, a discount not even an apology, maybe just saying “I am sorry” could have done a difference. So I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody, a dirty room is unacceptable but the way the handle it was awful

Tru by Hilton was a nice property. Very clean. Nice staff. Modern and nice rooms. The free breakfast was very nice. It was across the street from the metro train and walkable to a Starbucks and a few restaurants.
