No WiFi obsurd! One working channel on tv! Extreme difficulty checking in took almost an hour completely ridiculous! Unfriendly staff would be understating by a lot! One towel in double bed room! Reservation was for one king bed not two full size!

Do not stay here- it is dirty, in the ghetto, as in don’t even feel safe walking from outside the gate, through the locked gate to my room by myself. Woke up one morning to strong smell of skunk. Shower and bathroom was disgusting and had several bugs in the room. Small flying insects, and maybe a cockroach?

The hotel was fairly clean. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The hotel is in a rough part of town, with razor wire on top of fences surrounding the property and a gate to enter the parking lot. The front desk personnel were nice, but we arrived late and had a security guard check us in wearing tactical gear. Definitely a bit unsettling. The lonny was closed so we had to wait outside for our ride the next day, which felt a bit unsafe. Definitely not somewhere to stay with kids.

Dead cockroaches so the room wasn’t clean my next-door neighbor partied all night long with music that I could hear through the walls and then they proceeded to stand outside in front of my door, smoke cigarettes that was then sucked into my room through the air conditioner. no sleep at all. Horrible stay I said something to the front office they tried to blame it on remodeling. I informed them the man was not remodeling. He was partying. He was still sitting out on the front balcony drinking beer when we left at 4:30 in the morning.

The look of the room was OK but the closer I looked more things were dirty. The pillows had stains on them and they start hiding underneath the comforter. It looked like it fell from the ceiling. The whole complex is filled with hookers. But it was comfortable enough for one day. Only thing that was good was the price and the water is hot. The day after we checked out, their system went down, a third-party system where they use it for money transactions. The manager is very much angry about this and gave everyone including me an attitude.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience in my life, and I stayed at many hotels and motels. Nothing was advertised about its location in the danger of its location. The keys didn’t work when I first checked in it took an hour for the management to get the key to work. They had to reprogram the door replace batteries something I’ve never experienced at any hotel hookers walked the facilities. There was no hot water And I checked out two nights early and management refused to give me a refund despite the many and terrible inconveniences we had to experience. I will never stay out of traveling again, and I will never use Expedia or trivago again. And I’m telling everyone that I can.
