The breakfast was from the day before. It was cold the next day. So all there was to eat was cereal. The room was ok. But it smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. No shelf area in shower. Staff was not friendly, what so ever.

Hotel was undergoing reconstruction and was a complete mess. The main hallway to the first floor rooms was filthy dirty and was missing several ceiling tiles. My husband thought there were large areas of blood stains, which was probably not blood, but just dirty and spilled coffee or some other liquid. The walls in the hallway were a mess and a wall in our room was covered in drywall mud. The bathroom in our room looked dirty and moldy like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We had zero towels or washcloths in our bathroom and had to go ask for some. The towel rack had been pulled off the wall. I can appreciate they were remodeling, but they should have adjusted their price accordingly and in my opinion it wasn’t even worth half of what we paid for the room. I can say, however, that the breakfast area was nice, just not much of a selection.

Check in was fast and very professional. However, the contractor that they have working there are the worst that I have ever been around. They do not clean up behind themselves. The room that we stayed in was not ready to be rented out. The gashes in the walls were not filled in, the painting was not properly completed, the floors had not been cleaned, there was no soap try in the shower and we had to go to the front desk to get towels. We have stayed at this place many times and never had a bad time. This time even the breakfast was poor. We had to go into the kitchen to get the rest of the food out as there was no one there to take care of getting things out and ready for the people. NOt sure if we will ever stay there again. The property is undergoing tremendous renovations the rooms themselves are nice enough and they’re clean however there’s paint marks all over and whoever is doing the renovations the contractor just simply doesn’t clean up after themselves also the hot tub is not really working because it needs to be fixed the pool is nice and the staff was nice and breakfast was pretty good but for the price it’s fair and the rooms are OK but it’s just a lot of construction patch and paint here and there and a lot of rooms are missing room numbers etc. it’s quiet though clean and safe in the room

Hotel is under construction. The room had a soft bed and pillows with updated mirror and TV, but it was still under construction, bedding had a few holes in the pillow cases, a few stains on the sheets, the AC unit was damaged, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was a small puddle from the rain so I would assume a roof leak.

The facility is being renovated. The halls and rooms are a disaster. Our room had a wall being sheetrocked. The TV didn’t work, the hot tub was cold, lots of carpeting has been removed, and I saw a giant cockroach in the hall. I don’t understand how they can even be open.
