My check in experience was a nightmare. I was due to check in on Thursday June 19th for the New Balance Nation track meet. My flight was cancelled and there were no other flights to Philly that day. Travelocity contacted the property to inform the. Of the situation and confirmed I would not be marked as a no show and early check in on Friday would be available. Upon arrival, I was first told I was marked as a no show, even though my stay was prepaid. The staff was completely unempathic and told me to wait in the lobby while they sorted it out. I had to keep checking for an update as no one offered to update me in person or with a simple call or text. I waited in their lobby for two and a half hours, my son sleeping on a couch. Only when I re escalated through Travelocity did the hotel get me a room. I walked up and the Front Desk clerk just handed me a key. No apology for the wait, did not say a word.
