The room was unavailable or clean when I arrived at check in. Lack of communication . I reach out to check on the room status until two hours in someone at the front desk told me my room was ready.There is mold in the bathroom and the wallpaper has dirty spots.

Everything was perfect the room was very clean the breakfast staff was my only complaint was how we was treated when we went down for breakfast the server came over to us and told us how it’s a restaurant closer for cheaper (we are African American woman) she didn’t even let us look at the menu before making the comment it seem like the food at the hotel was to expensive for us so we didn’t even eat breakfast we just left due to her comment but the front desk lady was super nice and the hotel is very clean and cozy

I prolonged my stay in this hotel and stayed over a week, although I travel to this area a lot I have never been in this hotel. I like the location., walking distance to supermarket and shopping. Room was comfortable and clean and overall I would come back.. only thing I would say is that I was there on two Saturdays and on those days party crowd stays, I guess because I could not sleep from all the yelling and noise. I do not mind people having fun but the banging and yelling was just overwhelming. From three to 5 o’clock in the morning.. that’s the only thing I would say they should work on maybe security should be on top of that overall it’s a good hotel.
