Power outage -- waiting for refund

There was no power at check-in. The hotel told us the power would be back on in an hour, but we were without power the whole night and as a result our room was freezing cold. We didn't sleep, couldn't shower, and we had to rebook at a new hotel the next day. The staff was super nice, and the hotel promised to refund us, but we're still waiting for that to go through. Hopefully, it will work out.

Had to move rooms because my initial room had no heat (it was 61 degrees in the room). The 2nd room only had marginal heat. The temp never got above 66 degrees.
