"I am challenged to respond to this…my first experience at the property encountered cockroaches in the bathroom and near the AC; the beds, however, were SUPER comfortable and the (shower) water pressure was great! In the SAME room, 90 days later (second visit), I did not see roaches…but encountered bedbugs. I was immediately switched to another room, and had great beds, great AC, very helpful handicap accommodations (for me), but there were multiple “Rollie-Pollie” bugs on the floor behind the toilet (they don’t scurry and weren’t bothersome). I swam in the pool which was nice - and overall like the property. I simply wish the bug problem would be addressed. I would like to return in the future. I do think the staff is aware of the bug problems and, otherwise, are very hospitable."
