Super home base to explore the city from. Easy to spend time close to the hotel with sights, parks, restaurants all within easy stroll. We were using taxis versus metro, taxi from hotel gets an added charge but short walk down stairs to nearby taxi stand is available once you get to know the area. Metro is a longer walk. Service was great, many thanks

Was upgraded on arrival which was a very nice surprise as that never happened before. We had plenty of space. Everything was super clean, the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is situated right behind "Le Sacre Coeur" which makes it the perfect place to visit Montmartre.

Beautiful property very well situated. However the staff isn't as friendly as expected. We had to wait hours for our room arriving from an international flight. Room is poorly designed - shower/tub walls are high so it was difficult to get in and out, tub was extremely narrow and shower door only covers half of the tub causing water on the floor. No bathroom ventilation. Air conditioning in the room leaked on the wall, nightstand and bed making it very difficult to sleep. Poor mattress quality, two twins beds put together with different mattress and height. Windows did open but church bells and birds are nosy. Disappointed for the price paid.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I arrived early and my room was ready so they allowed me to check in early, which was wonderful. Also, I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment, which was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, particularly Dolly, went above and beyond to ensure that I had directions to the Metro and recommendations for things to see and restaurants to try. I selected this based on other reviews and it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it. Hope to return!

There were two coffee pods in the room when we arrived. If you want any more coffee, you had to pay for it. If you wanted your room cleaner, it was €10 the desk clerk suggested a restaurant to us. That was the worst food we had the whole time we were in Paris And not only was a bad, but it was an hour and a half Wait to get it. I didn’t find the bed to be comfortable. The bathtub was so skinny at at 130 pounds. I could barely squeeze into it. There was no handles to help climb out of it. Other than that, the room was clean and the location was fabulous.

This was a spacious hotel Room in a great location that was walkable for all of Montmartre. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to great sights. It was also very quiet despite being so close to such a popular tourist area. We would recommend!

The room was larger than expected and the amenities were great. The staff were friendly and very welcoming to English speaking tourists. The receptionist helped us understand the transportation systems and helped us get the cheapest and most convenient pass. The hotel provided great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was also divine.

Nice location in the heart of Montmartre about 5km from the Paris center. Hotel is clean, comfy and staff are helpful. I was charged for extra Nespresso pods which I found a little dissapointing. The shower did not drain well. If you are sensitive to smells, they use a powerful air freshener in the hallways which I had a hard time tolerating but the rooms did not have any scents.

Staff were lovely and friendly, the location is amazing for access to the metro, train or just pottering around Montmartre and the hotel is very quiet. The communal areas are also very clean and the hotel has a lift (which provides welcome respite from all the stairs around Paris!) Would stay here again without a second thought and would highly recommend for any traveller.
