The. apartment was disappointing. The construction going on across the street made it a location we were eager to leave. Having been to Paris many times before, the apartment was overly priced for the accommodation provided.

Lovely decor and comfortable beds. We felt safe, but remembering 3 codes was a lot. Master suite is big, however, all other rooms are small especially the living room. This loft is directly above restaurants that has outdoor service, open late and noisy. Barhtub room needs shelf for toiletries.

Great little gem in Paris

Overall a great little apartment in a great area in Paris. Easy metro access and a lot of restaurant and shops in the area to enjoy. The area gets rather noisy at night due to these restaurants but overall a great property. Easy check in process and apartment fits description, however living room area does appear to be smaller than what the pictures look like but does not take away from the beauty of the apartment.

Beautiful little place in a great location.

This 3 bedroom apartment was a perfect location for our couples trips to Paris. It is conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shopping and bus lines and metro stations.

Unpleasant Experience!

My recent stay at a Parisian apartment booked for a birthday weekend turned out to be a nightmare rather than a celebration. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was dampened, quite literally, by the pervasive moisture that seemed to seep into every corner of the space. The accommodation felt more like a forgotten cellar than a cozy retreat in the heart of Paris.Firstly, the dampness in the room was unbearable. The musty odor permeated everything, making it challenging to even breathe comfortably. It was evident that the apartment had some serious moisture issues, which not only affected our comfort but also posed potential health risks.Adding to the discomfort was the complete lack of lighting in the stairwell. Navigating the narrow staircase in near darkness was not only hazardous but also unnerving. It felt like a safety hazard waiting to happen, especially after a long day of exploring the city. Furthermore, the noise levels were beyond unacceptable. When we received the rules we were advised of the noise levels, pretty much warned prior to even getting into the apartment to keep the noise levels down! But much to the contrary of the notice provided to us, there was no mention of the noise from nearby restaurants and the neighbours that made it impossible to get a moment of peace and quiet. The constant disruption robbed us of any chance of relaxation, turning what was supposed to be a rejuvenating getaway into a stressful ordeal. To add insult to injury, upon returni

Great apartment

This apartment was spacious and well appointed. The rooms were a bit small with little room for suitcases though. We had a party of six and it was a bit tight. The communication with manager was great. They are very attentive. Would stay with them again!

Beautiful

This place was beautiful. The description was pretty accurate and we loved our stay. I would definitely stay there again. When we arrived something was already broken and the came the next day to fix it (however it was something that didn't impacted our stay). The kitchen had everything to cook breakfast in the morning and the check-in process was probably the easiest I have ever had when using VRBO. It was a little further from the Louvre (a little over a mile) than I would've liked, but for the price, size and location it was an over win.

Fijn verblijf

We hadden een prettig verblijf met ons gezin van 5 personen. Het appartement ligt in het 9e arrondissement in Parijs. De drukte van stad komt je appartement zo nu en dan binnen door de gevulde terrassen onder het appartement (zeker als er voetbal is). Daar tegenover staat dat je midden in Parijs je dag begint en dat vonden wij heel aangenaam. Bakker om de hoek, verse croissants en koffie thuis voordat we op pad gingen. Centrale uitvalsbasis om te lopen en de Metro op de hoek. Smaakvol ingericht, goede bedden en sanitaire voorzieningen. Helaas kan het riool stinken soms, dat ligt meer aan Parijs dan aan het appartement vermoeden we. In de slaapkamer met bad was het wel storend af en toe. Door de kranen even te laten lopen vaak wel zo opgelost. De woonkamer is klein, maar voor Parijse begrippen van goede afmeting. Bekijk de gemiddelde kamer in een hotel maar eens. Uitstekende waterkoker, koffieapparaat en toaster en voldoende pannen ed om zelf maaltijd te maken. De oven was plakkerig en in de hoeken van alle kamers zou ik zelf nog schoonmaken als ik er zou wonen maar voor wat wij gewend zijn in Frankrijk was het schoon en netjes, alle sanitair was goed schoon. Supermarkt op loopafstand. WiFi goed. Communicatie met de eigenaar Merveil verliep vlot en prettig. Duidelijk instructies. Wat folders / kaart van Parijs of tips voor restaurantjes hadden wij nog wel op prijs gesteld maar het aanbod is groot dus je vindt altijd wel wat. Wij kunnen Neko Ramen van harte aanbevelen.
